“Selling my dream home was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I was forced to sell my home, and letting go of the place I loved felt overwhelming. Wanting to make sure I was in the best hands, I researched the top agents in my area and interviewed five of them. The moment I met Geeta, something just clicked. She brought a level of professionalism, warmth, and confidence that made me feel supported during a very vulnerable time. Her attention to detail was remarkable, and even though her strategy pushed me outside my comfort zone at first, I chose to trust her—and I’m so grateful I did. In just eight days, more than 150 agents came through my home. The open houses were beautifully organized, full of energy, and clearly executed with intention. I received six offers, which felt unbelievable in this market, and I ended up selling for more than any other agent told me was possible. I’ve owned and managed four companies over the past 30 years, so I know what exceptional leadership and teamwork look like. Geeta’s team is truly in a league of their own. From our first meeting, to the stagers doing an amazing job getting my home ready in just 2 days, as well as Geeta doing an amazing social media video, that was shot, edited, and uploaded within 24 hours-they delivered a flawless, 10/10 experience from start to finish, and my home sold in just one week. During a time that could have been incredibly stressful, Team Rajpal brought clarity, confidence, and genuine care. If you want a team that will go above and beyond, fight for the best outcome, and treat your home sale with heart, look no further than Team Rajpal Real Estate. They are the absolute best in Durham Region—especially Pickering.”

Whether it was scheduling visits to the builder, negotiating, or answering questions, Xerxes handled everything with confidence and care. What really stood out was his dedication and genuine commitment to my best interest. It never felt like just a transaction, he truly cared about helping me find the perfect home. “We had another amazing experience working with Team Rajpal Realtors, especially Xerxes, who has become so much more than our realtor—he's family. Xerxes helped us purchase our very first condo, and now he has helped us find our first home together as we grow our family. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and always had our best interests at heart. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to find a home that was the perfect fit for this exciting new chapter in our lives. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. We always felt supported and confident knowing Xerxes was in our corner. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for us and would highly recommend Team Rajpal and Xerxes to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. “I interviewed several of the top real estate agents in Durham Region before ultimately choosing Geeta, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I was going through an incredibly emotional time, having to sell my home as a result of a divorce, and Geeta and her entire team made what could have been a very difficult experience far better than I ever could have imagined. Their level of professionalism and organization was outstanding. They have an incredible in-house team handling marketing, advertising, multimedia, coordination, and client support, and I was kept informed about every single person who came through my home to view it. From our very first meeting right through to the final transaction, everything was handled flawlessly. Geeta ultimately sold my home in just one week, with multiple offers, and I truly believe her expertise, preparation, and incredible team made all the difference. I would highly recommend Geeta to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares about her clients and delivers exceptional results”

“Working with Xerxes and his team was one of the best decisions I could have made. What sets them apart is that they don’t just help you find a place—they genuinely care about helping you find the right place. They go far beyond the traditional, transactional real estate experience and provide a service that is deeply personal, thoughtful, and centered around their clients. From the very beginning, Xerxes took the time to understand my needs, preferences, lifestyle, and vision. He listened carefully, offered honest advice, and guided me through every step with integrity, patience, and professionalism. As I was looking to rent in a completely new area, his knowledge and dedication gave me confidence and peace of mind. He knew exactly what I was looking for and consistently went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I am incredibly grateful for the experience and for the care and commitment Xerxes showed throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts your best interests first, I cannot recommend him and his team enough. When the time comes for me to buy my next home, there is no question—I will be working with Xerxes again. Having someone you can trust by your side makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what you’ll find with him.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Geeta and the Team Rajpal group. They helped me successfully sell an investment property that had been stuck on the market for almost 12 months. This sale happened during the second half of 2025, which was one of the slowest and most challenging real estate markets I’ve seen in years. Prices were declining, buyer activity was low, and overall sentiment was difficult. Despite this, Geeta and her team never lost focus or momentum. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail. Their communication was consistent, thoughtful, and proactive throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by their long-term market thinking and strategic approach, even in unfavorable conditions. They genuinely went above and beyond, not just doing what was required, but always thinking ahead and acting in my best interest. I felt fully supported and informed at every stage. I would gladly refer Geeta and Team Rajpal to anyone I know without hesitation. I don’t just consider them business partners — I consider them trusted professionals and friends. I very much look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommended.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Xerxes from Team Rajpal on the purchase of a new build single-family home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, Xerxes was incredibly thorough and clear in his communication. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made sense. What really stood out was how he genuinely put himself in my shoes—he always offered advice as if he were making the purchase himself, helping me understand what would be a good long-term investment. Xerxes also went above and beyond by connecting me with a mortgage broker and a real estate lawyer, making the entire transaction much smoother and less stressful. His professionalism, dedication, and client-first attitude made a big difference throughout the process. I highly recommend Xerxes to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—especially if you’re looking for someone who will truly be on your side every step of the way.”

“Review for Team Rajpal - Stellar Experience with Geeta Rajpal I recently had the pleasure of selling my house at 105 Percy Ln. in Stouffville, Ontario, and I cannot recommend Team Rajpal highly enough! My agent, Geeta Rajpal, is a truly wonderful and respectful person. From our first meeting, Geeta provided invaluable advice on selling my home. She gathered her entire team to ensure everything was presented beautifully for the market. Listed in late June 2025, my house sold for a price I was very happy with on July 20th—just one month later! Geeta and her team worked incredibly hard to make this happen. Her dedication and consistent communication kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. I am beyond pleased that I chose Geeta and Team Rajpal to represent me. If you're looking to sell your home, I highly recommend reaching out to Geeta and her team. Thank you, Geeta, for all your hard work! Warm regards, Daniela Guzzo And Tina Calleri”

“We had the pleasure of working with Xerxes as our realtor, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and were nervous about the whole process, but Xerxes was incredibly patient with us every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood each part of the process. What really stood out was his guidance in helping us make informed decisions. He never pushed us into anything, and instead, he helped us avoid making any rash choices that we might have regretted later. Xerxes was always available to answer our questions, and his expertise truly made a difference. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we found the perfect home for us! “We had the pleasure of working with Geeta and Team Rajpal this summer. They were absolutely fantastic! We were in a time crunch to get our house on the market and we had some issues with contractors. Team Rajpal connected us with a fantastic contractor to help finish up some work. We wouldn’t have been able to get our house listed without them. Everyone at Team Rajpal was amazing! They were super professional, organized and kept us updated every step of the way. Team Rajpal sold our house quickly in a very challenging market. Our house would still be on the market if we listed with anyone else. If you live in Durham Region and need a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Team Rajpal! Thanks again! Karl & Kelly”

What really stood out was that they actually listened to us. We never felt like we were being pushed toward something that didn't fit what we wanted. And the communication was spot on the whole way through. They always got back to us quickly, kept us in the loop, and never left us wondering what was going on. If you're buying or selling in New Seaton Pickering, just go with these two — you won't regret it.”

“We met Radhika Bakshi at an open house in Pickering and were impressed by how patiently and clearly she explained everything to us. We later had a detailed meeting at their office, where all our doubts regarding selling our existing home and buying a new one were addressed with honesty and transparency by Geeta Rajpal. What once felt like a dream — or even impossible — was achieved within a month. We sold our house in mid-April and purchased our new dream home in early May. Managing both transactions together can be extremely stressful, but Team Rajpal made the entire process smooth and manageable with their guidance, responsiveness, and market expertise. The entire team was always available to answer our questions promptly and made us feel supported at every step. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment truly stood out. We are extremely grateful to Team Rajpal for guiding us in the right direction and helping our family achieve this milestone. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”

“I had the privilege of co-listing a property in Pickering with Team Rajpal! Being a Toronto agent, I wanted to collaborate with a top brokerage and team from the Seaton/Duffin Heights area. It was an absolute pleasure working with team Rajpal and they did not disappoint. Their knowledge of the area was extremely valuable to the transaction. They were extremely efficient in everything that they did from marketing the property, to open houses, to post sale care. What a gem of a team and I can see why they are so successful in the neighbourhoods that they serve!”

“Absolutely wonderful experience working with this team! My husband and I worked with Xerxes to purchase our first home and thanks to him we got our dream home in Seaton, Pickering. His advice was invaluable in our purchase decision. Xerxes and Radhika worked around the clock to make showings happen, were available to promptly respond to our questions and were very knowledgeable on market trends and each neighborhood of interest to us. I highly recommend Xerxes and Team Rajpal! They really helped ease the stressful process of home buying for us!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Xerxes and his team for the purchase of our first home. Xerxes was a referral from close friends and he certainly did not disappoint. We initially met with him for over 3hours where he walked us through the entire purchasing process and where he was looking to understand our wants and needs. A week after, we went for our first visits, where Xerxes was incredibly helpful giving us so much insight on the area, the property type, things to watch out for etc. We went on to see properties 2 more times after that and before a month had gone by we had already purchased a new home that Xerxes had found for us! The process can be a bit overwhelming but having expert advise like those from Xerxes made it so much easier as he had great references for helping with the mortgage, home inspection and so on! His communication was prompt at all times, very clear and transparent throughout the entire process. We loved working with him and could not recommend him enough! We’ll def be working with him in the future whenever that time comes!”

“Xerxes helped my wife and I navigate through the process of buying our first home together, and we cannot say enough good things about the experience. He and his team are consummate professionals, showing extensive knowledge of the area, the market, and the industry while also being emotionally and personally there for us during this exciting and stressful time. He had our best interest always in mind, provided outstanding support during visits of listings, and always took the time to sit down and explain the whole process and details of buying a house to us as first time buyers. His patience, determination, and expertise shone through every step of the way, from first meeting, through the negotiation process and beyond. He was determined to find us the perfect home, and we now have our dream first home because of Xerxes and his team. We are extremely grateful to have worked with him and our family will always go to him and Team Rajpal for our real estate needs.”

“Moving away from our house which is our family nest for more than thirty years is not easy for us in our senior age. We were nervous and worrisome. It was fortunate that we were introduced to you, Geeta. You’re an exceptionally experienced real estate professional. You walked us through every stage with your knowledgeable advice and most importantly, gave us confidence during the whole process. You coordinated every stage - from staging to photography to videoing to listing on MLS, to Open House and to receiving offers. Your Team of diligent members deliver incredible and quality services. Our house was sold within a week over the asking price. Geeta, we’re so grateful that you found us the right condo unit too. We look forward to settling down well in our new home sweet home! Without any hesitation, we will refer you to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent to SELL or BUY a property.”

“Hiring Team Rajpal was the best decision I made. Selling and Moving after 20 years can be challenging and involve a lot of work. Geeta and the entire team made the process as smooth as possible and were there for guidance every step of the way. They kept me informed and made recommendations not only for the home but also for steps we needed to take as sellers to ensure that we had maximum exposure for the property. It resulted in almost 100 showings and a sale well over asking. What was even better was the simultaneous work being done to find my next home-the timing worked out perfectly as both offers on the sale and purchase were accepted within 24 hours of each other. People think that all agents are the same but nothing is furthest from the truth. Team Rajpal really did have my best interests in mind and I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to them. Thank you!”

We were truly taken care of by Xerxes throughout the entire process. Annie's organization and coordination made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made her a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Team Rajpal to anyone, especially first-time buyers, in search of professionals who genuinely care about their clients.”

“What a great experience with Geeta to sell our home! We met with several agents, but when we met with Geeta her charismatic personality combined with her expert knowledge about the real estate market, we knew she was the best agent to work with. And the results show for themselves, as Geeta helped sell our home in as little as four days getting the best possible deal. Her confidence and positive nature combined with enthusiasm helped us go through the selling process with little or no stress. With Geeta, you are dealing with an extremely professional and efficient salesperson. We highly recommend the Rajpal Team to anyone!”
Mansur Kara
“I had an amazing experience working with Team Rajpal and would highly recommend them. I found the entire team including Rajiv, Xerxes, Geeta, and Radhika amazing and professional. Based on my experience with them, I learned that they do their best to deliver excellent services to their clients. They do not push their clients to rush into a decision but rather guide their clients to make the best decision. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely look forward to working with them for future transactions.”

“Radhika was of such great help in getting us the house we liked so much. Radhika was available to us at all times and made sure that all paperwork and contact between us and the landlord was seamless and efficient. I would highly recommend Radhika and the team to anyone who is considering to rent, buy or sell a property.”
Ayaan Shirazi
“My wife and I worked with Xerxes who helped us buy our first home. Xerxes was extremely diligent and patient with all our requests and needs. Him and Radhika made time to take us to several showings a day, sometimes at a moments notice. Thanks to their team we were able to close on our dream home which was a new build in Pickering. The process was smooth and easy to navigate and we felt confident in our decision thanks to the support of Xerxes. We would highly recommend Xerxes and Team Rajpal to future buyers!”

“What would have taken us months and months to find and buy the perfect home, took us approx. 14 days! Thank you to Xerxes Bharucha for his countless hours of help even before we became his client. He taught us what to look for in a property and reasons for not buying certain properties. He has well over a decade of experience in real estate and most of all - he is a nice and responsive person! Xerxes helped us to find and buy our dream home below the seller's asking price. We are so grateful to his expertise and patience. Xerxes and his colleague Carlos Daccarett Plascencia were very efficient in booking viewings for us and making sure that our interests are protected from beginning to the end. Thank you for everything, Xerxes! Whenever I can, I will refer others to you so their dreams can come true with your help and expertise. Blessings, - Lisa and Dylan”

“We interviewed several agents before moving forward with selling our home. We selected Geeta and her team because of their overall experience but more importantly, Geeta's combined knowledge & negotiating skills created a collaborative relationship which led to desired results. I would also like to mention Xerxes, he is really a great asset with lot of experience and on top of that a friendly attitude which made us more comfortable to work with Team Rajpal. Team Rajpal had a great service making selling my house super easy and, yes, profitable. They provided great services in staging and presentation (photograph, video and 3D tour) of my house making it look appealing to potential buyers. The over all experience was problem free and everyone I dealt with was friendly and super helpful. Excellent experience with Team Rajpal! I definitely recommend them”
Mahmood Akhtar
“We had an excellent experience with Team Rajpal, in particular with Xerxes. As first-time home buyers in a new province, we really appreciated that he took the time to educate us about the process in Ontario. We thought we knew what we wanted in the start of our search, however with Xerxes' guidance, we came to evolve and understand what we were truly looking for in a home. The one or two times Xerxes wasn't available for a showing, he quickly involved another member of Team Rajpal to assist, which made us feel continuously supported. We HIGHLY recommend enlisting Team Rajpal and Xerxes to find your dream home, as he did for us. Thank you, Xerxes!”
Josh Singh
“Our experience with Team Rajpal has been exceptional! We used them both for selling our house and buying a new house. On the sale side, Geeta and her team were very organized and provided timely communication, useful advice and best of all - a GREAT result ($$$)! On the buying side, Xerxes and his team were very dedicated to finding us the family home we needed. He had a great feel for what we were looking for and within a week we found the perfect home for us! He negotiated well on our behalf and we are very happy with our purchase! You are in good hands with Team Rajpal!”
Andrei Apostol
“It is always a pleasure to work with Team Rajpal. We have been working with Xerxes for sometime now. We got our rental with him and then bought a home in Markham thru Xerxes. He has always been very professional and thorough with his market research. After 5 years of living in this home, we decided to put this home on Market and we trusted Team Rajpal with this because of the previous interaction we have had with them. We approached Xerxes and he guided us from the beginning. What will be the right time to put the house on market, to pricing the house and setting our expectations on what to expect. We have enjoyed working with Xerxes for two times now and will continue using Team Rajpal's services in future.I would highly recommend Team Rajpal for your housing needs. The entire team is very friendly and professional.”
Garima Gupta
“Team Rajpal helped us buy our next home and sell our house. They are super responsive and have a great team with a wide range of skills!! In buying our house, Xerxes was super patient and helped us really focus and narrow down what we were looking for. In the end we are super happy with our new purchase! For selling our house, Geeta kept in touch with us from getting the house ready through while it was on the market. She made great suggestions and has great knowledge of what is going on in the market. Each person on their team brings a different skill set which is awesome depending on what you are looking for and the situation. They keep you updated often so you know what to expect. The team has tons of experience in what they do. We will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank so much Team Rajpal!!”

“I had the privilege of working with Xerxes to purchase a condo for my elderly mother. Xerxes came highly recommended by a friend and he lived up to those expectations, and more! Xerxes worked tirelessly to educate us on the important factors to consider when purchasing a condo, and he identified a number of good neighbourhoods that we hadn't considered. He was respectful of our budget and empathetic towards my mother's needs and wants. We ultimately bought a condo in one of the neighbourhoods he recommended. Thanks to his persistence at getting the deal closed, we are very happy with our purchase. I've worked with a number of realtors in the past and Xerxes far outranks them. I would work with him again in the future, without a doubt.”
Sienne Lau
“They are really amazing! Xerxes from team Rajpal helped us find our first home here in Canada and can’t appreciate him and the team more for helping and guiding us on each and every step in the process! The thing I liked most about them is, they are just not extremely experienced and know the area and market, but also extremely tools and data oriented. I can’t thank Xerxes, Hoéjin and the whole team to help us in the process.”
Soumi Banerjee
“Xerxes Bharucha went above and beyond this year helping me find and purchase my first home. He was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying a home is indeed a stressful process but Xerxes and his team were by my side every step of the way. I would recommend his services to anyone and will definitely be contacting him again when it comes time for my next purchase.”
Devika Smith
“Xerxes was highly recommended to us by our close friends. Before meeting Xerxes we were stressed out about buying a condo in GTA. However, he made the entire transaction very smooth for both of us. He and Carlos were always available when we needed them to show us a listing and gave us a good property analysis . Xerxes answered all our questions/doubts instantly. He also promptly connected us to the required people who could provide us more information about other aspects of the listing. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Me and my husband would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is interested in buying property.”
Namita Prabhu
“We couldn’t be more grateful to Xerxes, Carlos and their team for helping us find our dream home! It was a great experience working with both of them - they made a very stressful process seem relaxing and enjoyable! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks for all your help!”

“Team Rajpal knows and studies the market trends well, they are aware of sellers'' perspectives and buyers' psychology. It is amazing to know the way they determine the sale prices. When we acquired them, the housing market is already in a downturn, especially in the suburb of Toronto. They made the sale possible within three weeks of signing up. When Xerxes and Geeta arrived at the house the very first time, we had a lengthy discussion about our needs and matched that with their experties. They even helped us with every aspect of the sale f the existing house as well as some guidance for our next one”
Umang Modi
“Geeta and her team went above and beyond with the service they provided during our quest to both buy and sell our home. They provided regular updates with the progress of our house sale and any interest that was generated, they put in a lot of marketing to generate interest, and they were always available for questions and guidance. They were always willing to show us houses whenever we wanted, on our schedule (special thanks to Sandeep Batra for that), and made the process extremely smooth and stress-free. Geeta was constantly working in the background, at all hours of the day, to get us the best price for our house, and to ensure that we found the best possible house to fit all of our needs. In the end we found our dream home, and could not be happier with our experience with Team Rajpal. Thanks team!”
Sherry Gad
“We recently hired Team Rajpal to help us sell our home in Aurora. While any agent can put a for sale sign up and provide staging services, it takes far more to get a home sold. From the very beginning, Geeta was honest, professional, and assertive. She ensured she said what we needed to hear and not always what we wanted to hear. She had an in-depth understanding of the market and how it could impact our sale. Selling a home can very stressful, but Geeta and the team were there to provide support and direction, which helped put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. It resulted in a sale in 9 days for a great price in this changing market! We would hire and refer Team Rajpal without any hesitation!”
Akbar Husein
“Geeta Rajpal stood out from the crowd in every respect! I chose Geeta to sell my parents' house in an estate sale, after many interviews with agents. What set her apart for me was her ability to listen and provide guidance and advice while respecting our views at every step of the process. She sold the house within a week over asking, but that is the least of what made Geeta stand out. She is intelligent, intuitive and highly professional. She has both the experience and the grace to guide the process, without force. Her instincts on the strategy that was required at each stage of the process were impeccable. I would recommend Geeta without hesitation!”
Bess Fotopoulos
“Geeta did a great job selling our house, especially since Covid-19 was just beginning to make itself felt and nobody really knew yet what was going on. She managed to get us going on moving to our new house so our old house would be available to show. Once it was finally listed, we had an offer in a week, and finalized it 4 days later. Without Team Rajpal, we'd still be in our house wondering what to do next.”
Gerry Pawson
“I have been in business with Geeta and Rajiv for over 4 years now and I have rented, sold and bought multiple properties with Team Rajpal. I must say their professionalism, expert negotiation tactics and their aim to always provide above and beyond service will make you a repeat customer. I highly recommend to connect with Geeta and Rajiv and have them take care of your real estate business.”
James Tang
“We had gone with Geeta and her team when selling our condo and buying our house, and the process was as smooth as butter. They were so knowledgeable, and were always available to answer any questions we had. We were comfortable knowing they had our best interest the whole way. They worked with us closely to determine exactly what we were looking for, and it paid off hugely. And to top it off they even gave us a huge stack of boxes for packing! They went above and beyond for us, and never failed to amaze. Working with Geeta is an absolute no brainer, and we'll definitely be using her services next time we need them. Thank you so much Geeta for all the hard work you've done for us.”
Jonathon Tirabassi
“Not only was Geeta able to sell our home above asking price, she found us a new home with very restricted criteria I had given her to work with. She exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend her and her team. Her wealth of experience was evident during the negotiations. She delivered everything she promised and more!!! Thank you team Rajpal. Donna Rowland”

“We are happy to have used Geeta Rajpal and her Team again to sell our condos (two) at over-asking price and in less than a week, start-to-finish! As always, they made the listing process seamless with their incredibly organized staff and excellent negotiating skills. Thank you, Team Rajpal! - Leila and Nizar”

“Geeta and her team are nothing short of stellar. From the beginning she asked about our priorities, preferences, and really took the time to understand our family's needs and expectations with the home selling and purchasing process. Geeta is professional, accountable, and knowledgeable in her field. She respected our space when we needed it and would be quick to respond whenever we had questions. Her team is very organized and structured. I keep telling her that we found the right person/team to assist us, because she has made this process so far seemingly seamless!”

“We interviewed a few agents before moving forward with buying our condo & selling our home of 35 years. We selected Geeta because of her overall experience but more importantly, Geeta's combined knowledge & listening skills created a collaborative relationship which led to successful results. Geeta made us feel very comfortable during what could have been a unnerving time in our lives. Geeta and her team were also very responsive to our questions and requests and we would highly recommend Geeta to anyone looking for a positive experience. - Ron Parkinson”

“I got to know Geeta and Rajiv a few years back while inquiring over the phone about a property listed on one of their fliers delivered to my door. Right from the beginning, they differentiated themselves from other agents because they focused on me instead of the transaction. They patiently answered all of my newbie questions, helped me understand my real needs and risk tolerance, and openly shared with me their knowledge and perspectives. In the end, I went with a different property. That process turned out to be much more complicated than I anticipated due to some obscure technicality we ran into. It was so complicated that I had to pull out altogether after a few weeks the first time. Yet, focusing on me as a client, Rajiv was not only entirely cool about it, but later found an path forward. With a lot of professional help and perseverance from Rajiv, the deal went through smoothly the second time. Some time later, I had the privilege working with Xerxes as well. He is incredibly responsible and professional. He would put himself into my shoes, and give me his professional assessment and point of view candidly. It was clear that he was not just there to do that one transaction. He was there to earn trust and build long time relationship. The staff in the office -- Annie, Kandyce, etc -- are all incredibly friendly, professional, and well organized. With the consistent commitment and focus on customers, Team Rajpal has attracted and galvanized a great community of clients and networks. This is definitely a team one can count on.”

“Xerxes and Geeta, I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service you provided during our recent house hunt. The house we've rented checks almost every box on our list, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The list was pretty exhaustive - Nearby Go, Top rated school, never lived house, park in proximity, closer to shores - You name it, we got it. Special thanks to Liam for his outstanding assistance throughout the process. He was incredibly patient with us during all viewings. Very Calm. Considering this was our first time Real Estate experience - Team was very supportive and actually supported with every type of question we had. Thanks again <3”
